This week, we’re thrilled to introduce Redbrick 2.0, the latest version of our intuitive legal conveyancing case management software. Packed with enhancements and new features, this update is designed to support our clients in delivering exceptional legal services with increased ease and efficiency.
The software’s new headline features include:
- New Redbrick Dashboard: The new Dashboard feature enables Redbrick to create and configure custom dashboards that allow users to visualise and interact with data more intuitively than with existing reports. The Dashboard is now the default view when opening Redbrick, providing users with quick access to key metrics and data that are most important to them. Check out the look of our new dashboard below!
- Left Side Panel Enhancements (Matter Information Panel): The left-hand side of the Redbrick screen has been redesigned with the introduction of a new ‘information panel’. While it contains the same key information as before, the panel now offers a fresh visual experience and provides greater customisation options for Redbrick users.
- Quick Find: We have introduced a new Quick Find screen that allows users to customise their layout to suit their specific needs. This feature offers enhanced user customisation and makes it easier to navigate between matters more efficiently. For those doing bespoke work, it enables searching based on custom data fields.
- Addin support for 64-bit installations of Microsoft Office: We have now added support for 64-bit installations of Microsoft Office 365, ensuring compatibility with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office, including the Redbrick Outlook Add-in.
- Multi Assign Tasks: The Multi Assign Tasks feature improves task management by allowing users to assign multiple unassigned, pending, or required tasks in a single action. This streamlines the process, reducing clicks and eliminating unnecessary loading of the task list, as users can perform multiple assignments in one batch.
• And many more!
As part of Redbrick Solutions’ unique business model, existing clients will receive the latest version of Redbrick’s legal case management software at no extra cost. In addition, the Redbrick team will provide ongoing support and training as part of the per-matter transaction fee.
Jo Hodges, Sales & Marketing Director of Redbrick Solutions, comments,
“Providing innovative functionality that enhances our clients’ efficiency is key to the ongoing development and success of our legal conveyancing case management solution. By continually refining and introducing new features, we aim to help our clients streamline their processes, reduce manual effort, and ultimately deliver faster, more accurate results.
We’re thrilled to share that we have exciting plans for the rest of 2025, with our next release already in progress.”
With the launch of Redbrick 2.0, we’re also pleased to offer Redbrick clients our new cloud based solution providing flexibility, scalability, and security to enable firms to work smarter and more efficiently.
Sharon Petford, Director at MSD Law, comments,
“The transition to Redbrick’s dedicated legal cloud system has significantly improved our experience by eliminating the need to navigate between two separate support teams. The support we receive from Redbrick is outstanding compared to our previous, less effective cloud provider. We are much happier with the improved service of working directly with Redbrick Solutions.”
Jo Hodges continues,
“We’re proud to deliver a legal case management solution that truly supports the needs of progressive legal practices.”
