Are you driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of client relationships in a fast-paced environment? Redbrick Solutions Limited is looking for a hungry, hard-working Account Manager, based in the North of England, to join our growing team.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and maximum value from our solutions. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and play a vital role in client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships and understand client needs.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide strategic insights to clients.

What We’re Looking For
  • A motivated, “can-do” attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with a passion for growth and success.
  • Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Technically confident with the ability to configure and work within software systems, including setting up templates, data outputs and integrations.
  • Be confident handling structured data and system configuration tasks.
  • Someone who is comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
  • 1+ years of work experience with SQL.
