The Business Consultant is responsible for ensuring the Customer extracts maximum value from the range of products and Services provided by Redbrick and to convert that satisfaction to a maximum lifetime value to Redbrick.

Starting salary is £35-45k depending on experience with an attractive commission scheme, quarterly KPI bonus, company pension, childcare vouchers, free onsite gym and cycle to work scheme.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for securing qualified demonstrations in line with the Company’s Business Plan and annual budgets.
Position in the Organisation
The BDE reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
The BDE has no subordinates.
