Redbrick Solutions release latest version of innovative legal case management software

This week, we’re excited to announce the release of the newest version of Redbrick Solutions’ intuitive conveyancing case management software. The latest release brings a host of enhancements, added functionality, and new integrations designed to empower our clients and support them in delivering exceptional legal services.

The new headline features include:

  • Energy Performance Certificate integration: Users can now seamlessly request EPC information directly from within Redbrick. Once requested, the EPC details will be displayed alongside the Matter details, with a PDF conveniently added to the document screen.

  • Solicitor Lookup Option for Solicitor Parties: We’ve implemented SRA integration, enabling seamless Solicitor lookup searches when adding a new Solicitor Party Type.

  • Last Activity on Matter displayed on Find Screen: This enhancement is to assist clients in identifying dormant files requiring attention. Users can now view matters that have remained untouched for an extended period and their last recorded action.

  • Browser Style Tabs: This highly requested feature gives clients the ability to have multiple matters open simultaneously within Redbrick. Users will find open matters displayed as tabs at the top of Redbrick, positioned above the icon buttons.
  • Multiselect Tasks and set as Not Required: Users can now select and mark multiple progress items as ‘not required’ in one action.

  • Generate an Email from a Template: Users can now choose documents from the Document Screen to email and select a template to automatically fill in the email body.

  • Search Bar added to Report Results: Users will now be able to search and filter Report results within Redbrick without having to export the results.

  • And many more!

As a part of Redbrick Solutions’ distinctive business model, existing clients will receive the latest version of Redbrick’s legal case management software at no additional charge. Additionally, the Redbrick team will offer support and training as part of the per-matter transaction fee.
